Shipping & Returns

Thank you for supporting Cambria Hebert Books. Below is our Shipping & Returns policy for all physical book orders, artwork, and merchandise.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 5 – 10 business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., during pre-orders, signed editions, or special releases). Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or packages marked “Delivered” that are not received. Please contact your local postal service for assistance in such cases.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is significantly damaged during shipment.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives with substantial damage, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your package. Send an email to cambriahebert@rocketmail.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photo(s) of the damage
  3. Description of the issue

We may request the item to be returned in its original packaging within 7 calendar days of your notification to process a refund or replacement. Return shipping may be covered at our discretion.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  1. The item is returned after the 7-day return window
  2. The item is not in its original condition
  3. The damage is minor or cosmetic due to normal shipping wear
  4. The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the item

We reserve the right to assess the damage and determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted.

PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL EDITIONS

Please note that pre-orders, limited editions, and signed merchandise may require additional processing time. Orders that contain pre-order items will ship once all items are available.
