Refunds are only issued in cases where there is a confirmed issue with your order. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition.

We are unable to offer refunds for returns made after this window or for changes of heart once an order is placed.

Although we take care in packaging your items, we are not liable for minor shipping scuffs or dents. Only significant damages reported within 10 days of delivery will be considered for replacement—and any resolution is at Cambria’s discretion.
