I’ve come to realize that sometimes people view me as more of a… machine (for lack of a better word) than a person. I’ve been writing fast, I’ve been publishing a lot. And yes, I’ve had some success. I do my best to remain professional, to show everyone that my books are worth the time. I also try to show people that I care about them as well; I don’t just care about the sale. This year I learned those things somehow and in some ways made me less human to some people. It made me realize that perhaps showing more of my “human”Read More →

TEXT IS RELEASED!!!! I am genuinely excited today for this release. I don’t think I can convey how much I love this book. The concept, the cover, the characters & the story all came together so beautifully for me. Not only that but it has such special meaning to me for so many reasons. It’s set in the place I used to live. Honor’s home is actually where I used to live and the trail she is kidnapped off of, I used to walk almost daily. Also, my husband is a Marine and he worked at the same place as Nathan in the book. Oh,Read More →

In fact, when I was writing Text I baked pies a lot. Ha ha ha. My family really enjoyed it. So today I brought along my recipe for Apple Pie. I’m calling it Nathan’s apple pie in honor of my main man in Text. The recipe can also be found in the back of TEXT. It’s the perfect time of year to bake, eat and enjoy!!   A few fun facts aboutRead More →

I’ve been pretty vocal about this book and how special it is to me. One of the reasons I think I identify with it so much is because the setting is in Slatington, PA. I lived in Slatington last year. It was my inspiration behind this book. It is such a stunningRead More →
