Because this is a Christmas hop I didn’t want to just share about my book, but also I wanted to bring a little Christmas cheer to the post so today I am going to be sharing a recipe for Oreo Peppermint fudge! Its super sweet and rich and you can make it super fast to give as a gift, take to a party or to eat yourself!!

Peppermint Oreo Fudge

Ingredients

1 can of vanilla icing (any brand)

1 bag of white chocolate chips

½ cup Andes peppermint crunch baking chips (in the same aisle as the chocolate chips)

1 cup of peppermint Oreos (or regular Oreos) chopped

Additional chopped Oreos and peppermint candy for topping

Directions

Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring them after every 30 seconds until smooth and completely melted. Mix in the can of vanilla icing until combined.

Add in one cup of the chopped Oreos and ½ cup of peppermint candies. Fold into mixture until totally combined.

Line an 8×8 pan with foil and spray with cooking spray (to prevent sticking). Spread the fudge into the pan. Top the fudge with additional candy and chopped Oreos.

Place fudge in fridge until firm.

Lift the fudge out of the pan by the foil and cut into squares.

Enjoy!

I made this recipe for the first time this year and my husband really loved it 🙂 I hope you enjoy it as well!

I’m also going to share a little about my newest New adult college romance #Nerd, there is an ecopy and a #Nerd swag bag up for grabs.

To enter just leave a comment below with your email address.

*Note: I  am responsible for sending out the ecopy and swag bag, not As You Wish tours. I will send this out asap but please allow a little extended shipping time due to it being so close to the holiday. If you have a question about this giveaway contact me not As You Wish. Thank you!*

About #Nerd

#NerdBanner

Two people from completely different worlds are about to be thrown together…

In more ways than one.

She wants to keep her scholarship. He wants to stay on the team. An awkward alliance doesn’t even begin to cover Rimmel and Romeo’s relationship.

But that’s about to change.

It starts with a dare. An initiation. A challenge.

Quickly, it turns into more. But when you’re a victim of your status, there is no room for anything real. The rules are clear and simple.

Stick to your circle.

And never fall in love with anyone on the outside.
