Welcome to my weekly meme Tell Me Something Tuesday where I ask you something and you tell me the answer!! It’s as simple as that and I thought it would be a great way for all of us bloggers to get to know one another! So this is how it works: I post a question here on my blog and then i give my answer. I invite all the bloggers to take the question and post it on their blog with their answer and we can hop around and see what everyone says! If you are a blogger don’t forget to leave your link at the bottom of this post! If you aren’t a blogger – that’s okay too!! Leave your answer in the comments section!

 Tell Me Something:

What it is about books that make you want to blog about them? What do you love most about blogging?

Books are just little pieces of other worlds. They are my escap from reality, my friends, my adventures and they are sometimes inspirational. I think that is why I want to blog about them, to share my love of them. I get excited when I meet other people who are just as excited about them as me. Plus, I love hearing other people’s thoughts on a book that I read because usually they walk away with something completely different than I did and I feel like I learn something, a new point of view, when I talk to them. Also, it’s just fun!! Where else can I talk to other readers from other countries so far away from me that are reading and loving the same thing as me??

What do I love most about blogging?? Well, I will admit that blogging is a lot of work!! It’s time consuming and sometimes overwhelming trying to fit it all in during the day. But I still do it. Why? Because I like it. lol. Probably for the same reasons that I love books. I love being in touch with people who have the same interests as me. Plus, I like being able to display a little “piece” of me (that would be my blog, lol) for people to get to know. Its always fun to know that someone might be reading what you are posting and nodding their head or laughing at something I posted. 🙂

Can’t wait to hear your answers!!! 😀

Next week’s Tell Me Something Tuesday’s question:

Who are your book boyfriends?

  1. That’s such a great answer Cambria! And I do agree that by listening to what other people would say, we would have learned something new and have different perspectives.

Blogging is very time consuming, but it all comes down to this- Love!

    Happy Tuesday 🙂

  2. The one thing I didn’t think of that you did but that I also love: hearing others’ opinions on books we have in common. Great answer, Cambria!

  3. Author

Thank you Natasha, Erin and Kindlemom!!!! Thanks for stopping by!

  4. I am not doing the meme this Tuesday, cause I have to clean my house and pcak my suitcase cause I am flying to my hometown tomorrow for Easter vacations! But, if I had time to do it, this would be my answer exactly. 🙂 I promise I’ll join everyone next week.

    1. Have fun on your trip Veronica!! I hope u have a great time! Thank you for taking time to stop by, c u next week for TMST!

  5. What a lovely post. Yes blogging is a lot of work and it is sometimes stressful but I love talking to people in other countries and making new friends. Besides having an ample supply of free books isn’t bad either 🙂

  6. It’s great to share a book you love with others on your blog, especially if it’s written by an indie writer when every review is appreciated.

  7. Ohhh, I wish I could’ve participated this week but I had a date with my textbooks (it’s exam time) and now it’s Wednesday! Sob. Loved your post though! Books are totally my escape and it’s so great to revel in them and spread the love, really! So agree about how it’s great to share a little “piece” of you as well, in the process! I am also not very opinionated and this is my way of really getting in the zone and thinking about WHY I liked/didn’t like the book.

Great post, Cambria! Can’t wait for next week. Especially since it’s Book Boyfriends xD <3
